SynALI™ is SynVivo’s advanced lung-on-a-chip model, engineered around an air–liquid interface (ALI) lung microfluidics platform. Featuring functionalized lung epithelial cells enveloped by a lung microvascular endothelium, SynALI™ creates a physiologically relevant alveolar environment—including ciliary function and mucus secretion—under dynamic flow and shear stress conditions.
