Stage top environment with temperature controller, external sensors for manual calibration, water bath with humidification system, optical grade glass and a lens heater for immersion objective or short WD objective use. This system requires 100% CO2, 100% N2, 100% ambient air gas supply and mixes at a defined rate:O2:0.1-18%, CO2: 5-20%, N2: 0.1-18%.
