In order to run flow based assays using our microfluidic chips you will need some basic lab equipment and instruments. We  offer syringe pumps, pneumatic primer, impedance analyzer and stage top incubators to get you started using our platform.

Pneumatic Primer for Automated Priming of Chips

The pneumatic priming device is recommended for the automated priming of the co-culture SynVivo chips. This method is much simpler and more robust than the manual method which requires water immersion in a vacuum desiccator. Protocols for using SynVivo chips make use of this pneumatic priming device to impart a constant low pressure on the fluid to prime the microfluidic device.
